WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR SWIMMING COACH?

I have competed in open water swimming at international level for more than 15 years. I've traveled all over the world and raced in all sorts of rivers, lakes, seas and oceans around the world. I have also acquired theoretical knowledge through numerous licenses.

I also worked as a trainer at SC Wiesbaden 1911 e.V. for several years and also accompanied athletes there to international competitions. I now give swimming courses for children in theRheingau swimming school and crawling courses for adults (beginners and advanced).

WHERE DO THE INDIVIDUAL LESSONS AND SWIMMING COURSES TAKE PLACE?

Individual lessons can be arranged individually. The best are the outdoor poolsEltville andRüdesheim suitable for this. But I also run swimming courses and individual lessons in the indoor pool in Walluf.

WHICH SWIMMING EQUIPMENT ARE RECOMMENDED?

A pull kick and fins are very helpful. With additional paddles, in all variations, you are very well equipped for solid swimming training.
